We enjoy offering amenities that help guests settle in and enjoy a relaxed stay in downtown St Augustine. Breakfast is served each morning, and guests often enjoy afternoon treats when returning from the historic district. Free parking, WiFi, and quiet shared spaces make the visit smooth and comfortable. Many favorites like St George Street and local restaurants are close enough to reach on foot. These amenities pair naturally with the warm feel of staying at our Bed and Breakfast.
Breakfast During Your Stay
Our hearty Breakfast always includes two hot homemade entrees, which vary from day to day, fruit salad or fruit soup, freshly baked bread, coffee and assorted teas, fresh juices, homemade granola, cereals, yogurt, and a full serving of Casa hospitality. Breakfast is served:
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 9:30 am.
- Saturday & Sunday, 7:30 am to 10:00 am
Enjoy Breakfast in the Casa’s dining room or take it to your guest room for a relaxing, unhurried morning. You can also arrange to have breakfast brought to your room if ordered in advance.
Social Hour
Our complimentary Social Hour, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm daily in the Dining Room, is an excellent opportunity for guests to mingle and meet. We serve local wines from San Sebastian Winery as well as our House Wines and a variety of beers, along with some tasty bites.
Evening Desserts
to fresh fruit pies, from rich chocolatey brownies to chewy bars, the delicious sweet treats vary nightly. Your Evening Dessert is boxed up just for you; enjoy it in our Dining Room or snuggled up in your room.
Plush Terry Robes
Plush, white woven guest robes embroidered with the Casa de Sueños logo are provided in your guest room to warm you after a bath. Wear the robe while enjoying your morning coffee on your private balcony. They are so comfortable that many guests want to take one home; therefore, we also offer them for sale as a great memento of your vacation.
Fresh Flowers and Sherry
Complimentary fresh flowers and a sherry decanter and snifters greet guests in their room or suite upon arrival. Relax and enjoy these special treats as you plan your stay in St. Augustine.
Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles are just one of our guests’ (and staff members’) favorite varieties of Inn cookies, baked daily for guests to enjoy. Of course, coffee and tea are available to our guests all day.
Guest Parking
Private complimentary Guest Parking is conveniently available during your stay at the Inn. We have five parking spaces immediately adjacent to the Inn and another two directly across the street.

High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the Casa property. Relax and connect from wherever you feel most comfortable: your guest room, the sitting room, your balcony, or the garden patio.
Swimming Pool
Guests are always welcome to use the swimming pool at our sister lodging, The Saint Francis Inn, located on southern St. George Street. Guests may walk to the Inn, or if they prefer, drive and park in the Inn’s parking lot while they explore the St. Francis, and the oldest neighborhood of St. Augustine. This area includes the Oldest House, the National Guard Headquarters, Maria Sanchez Lake, and some of the loveliest homes in St. Augustine.
Discount On Local Museum Admissions
As our guest, you have free admission to the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Maritime Museum and Grounds, the Lincolnville Museum Cultural Center, and a 50% discount on admission to the nearby Oldest House Museum – one of St. Augustine’s finest treasures of local history. The Oldest House is on St. Francis Street, an easy walk from the Inn.
Lighthouse Admission
Guests receive complimentary admission to the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Maritime Museum, as well as discounts in the gift shop. The Lighthouse is a short drive or bike ride from Casa. Please see your innkeeper to obtain your tickets.
The Lincolnville Museum Pass
Our guests can also request free passes to The Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center, which shares the history of the Black experience in St. Augustine. The Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center is located in the heart of Lincolnville, which is a Designated Historic District and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. There is parking available at the museum. For those who prefer walking, it is approximately 1 mile away.
Health and Fitness
Our guests have complimentary access to a state-of-the-art health and fitness center. Anastasia Fitness Club is nearby, on Anastasia Island. Please speak with your innkeeper to obtain your pass.
