Cancellation Policy

Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour in order to receive a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled cruise, or no-show’s. A rescheduling fee of 50% of your payment will be charged if rescheduling within 48 hours of your cruise. Your trip is 100% refundable if cancelled by us due to unfavorable or unsafe weather conditions. We will contact you as soon as the captain knows. We make every effort to contact you a reasonable amount of time before the tour (we will call & email) but sometimes we do not cancel until the last minute due to unpredictable weather here in Florida. If we do not contact you, please head to the tour as normal. Our Master Captains are professionals and safety is our number 1 concern. You can reschedule your trip for a later date with no expiration or receive a full refund. *Please note: We have a minimum requirement of 12 passengers for every tour. If in the rare occasion we do not meet our minimum, we will contact you at least 2 hours before your tour. You are then entitled to a full refund, or you can reschedule with no expiration.

What to Expect

After booking your cruise, you will receive a confirmation email with important information.
Check in is 15 min prior to tour time.
We depart from the Camachee Cove Marina.
Plenty of Free Parking is available.
The Osprey has a bar on board for those 21 and over, including mimosas and an excellent variety of beer, wine and canned cocktails! No outside alcoholic beverages permitted on this vessel. Water, soft drinks and snacks are also available for purchase, please feel free to bring your own snacks! Cash or card accepted.
This cruise is very engaging for children, there is a lot to see!
This vessel is partly shaded, but please dress according to the weather, and make sure to bring a hat or sunglasses! If you are going to wear sunscreen, we ask that you apply it before boarding.
We encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated, but we do have water for sale if you forget!
After a fun filled 90 mins we will return back to our dock!
