"Perfect B & B. my wife and I stayed here for the 2nd time, and it was as excellent as we remembered. It is a great location, about 10 minutes walk to most laces in historic St. Augustine. It is a lovely building in excellent condition, and parking is free in a lot adjacent to the building. We stayed again in the Nieves room, which has a separate entrance into the parking lot. The staff is very friendly and courteous. There is a free Happy Hour each day at 5 PM with beer and wine. The breakfast is fabulous, with daily specials along with coffee, juices, yogurt, and milk. The specials are hearty fare, e.g. stuffed French toast, home fries with sausage, and homemade oatmeal with brown sugar & pecans. You can make a full meal out of breakfast and almost skip lunch. We come to st. Augustine every few years, and we always stay here. It has never disappointed us."
